For decades, the Christmas Giving Tree Program at the Cathedral of St. Helena has focused on providing for those of our community who are in need of assistance during the Christmas season.
Each year, nearly 150 families receive assistance through the amazing generosity and support of our parishioners, local businesses and the Helena community. We collect hats & mittens, books, family games, and toys; monetary donations are also accepted to help provide families a means to buy Christmas dinner.
Volunteers come together at different times throughout the year to support this ministry. The joy of the Christmas season fills the atmosphere as we extend Christ’s love to those in need.
